After analyzing your property, we will deliver a three section written report:

  1. How you can develop it under current conditions.

  2. The likelihood of obtaining a zone change or variance to increase your dwelling unit yield or commercial /industrial floor area.

  3. A projection of the zoning and environmental advantages or constraints--the manner(s) in which you can develop your property in accord with either current or future zoning. This section will project the municipal service demands for various feasible projects. This can be of use not only to you, but also to your architect and civil & mechanical engineers as they prepare their preliminary studies and/or bids.
